Terms of Service

Effective September 25, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Tarot Master AI application, website, readings, subscriptions, digital features, virtual currency, and related services.

The Service

Tarot Master AI provides tarot interpretations and related astrological, numerological, symbolic, reflective, and AI-generated content for personal reflection, education, and entertainment. Tarot Master AI does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, and its content should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional services.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity occurring through your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share an entitlement in a manner that violates the applicable purchase terms.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Where offered in the app, subscription prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown on the applicable App Store purchase screen control that transaction. Eligible in-app purchases are processed by Apple and may use RevenueCat for entitlement management. Apple’s applicable payment and refund rules apply to App Store transactions.

Founding Member purchase

The website Founding Member offer is a one-time purchase for Lifetime Premium access to Tarot Master AI when the Service launches. “Lifetime Premium” means access to the Premium tier for the operational lifetime of Tarot Master AI. It is personal to the original purchaser, may be attributed to one account, and is non-transferable except where required by law.

Lifetime Premium does not automatically include Aura, separately priced reports, add-ons, consumable purchases, third-party products, or future products or services that are sold separately unless the applicable offer expressly says otherwise. The Founding Member purchase does not buy, guarantee, or condition access to TestFlight or other beta testing. Website payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law or an applicable payment-provider policy, completed Founding Member purchases are non-refundable.

Aura

Aura is a digital virtual currency used for eligible Tarot Master AI features. Aura has no cash value, is not legal tender, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money except where required by law. Pricing and eligible uses may change prospectively.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tarot Master AI the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and use that content to operate and improve the Service, provide requested features, maintain account history, and comply with law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where applicable law permits it, bypass payment or entitlement controls, exploit the Service to violate another person’s rights, or use the Service unlawfully.

AI output and disclaimers

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Tarot Master AI is designed to support reflection and perspective, not to make decisions for you. You remain responsible for your choices and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and availability

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service. We will not intentionally redefine a paid entitlement solely to avoid providing the access expressly promised at the time of purchase, subject to technical, legal, platform, security, and operational requirements.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity. Rights that by their nature should survive termination may continue after account closure.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without limiting nonwaivable rights that apply where you live.
