Delete your account.

Deleting your account is permanent. We make the path explicit because hiding the exit is bad product design.

Request deletion

You may initiate account deletion from the account-deletion control made available in Tarot Master AI. If you cannot access the app or need help with the deletion process, email beau.carter7@icloud.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Tarot Master AI Account Deletion.” We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an email request.

What deletion covers

Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify the account and personal information that Tarot Master AI is not required to retain. This may include profile information, saved readings, reading history, preferences, and other account-linked content.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, transaction reconciliation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, tax or accounting requirements, or enforcement of our Terms. Information that has already been de-identified and can no longer reasonably be linked to you may also be retained.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your Tarot Master AI account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or reverse a purchase. Apple subscriptions must be managed through your Apple account. Website purchase records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, entitlement history, and legal compliance.
