Privacy Policy

Tarot Master AI is personal by design. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, who may process it for us, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Tarot Master AI, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile settings, optional birth date, birth time and birth location, questions you submit, selected cards and spreads, reading history, saved content, support messages, device information, app diagnostics, usage events, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.

How personal context is used

Tarot Master AI uses relevant context to make the Service more useful to you. This may include your current question, card selections and positions, prior readings, preferences, astrology information, numerology information, and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to generate and personalize readings, remember your settings and history, operate accounts and entitlements, provide support, improve the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

When you request a reading or use an AI-powered feature, the information necessary to fulfill that request may be sent to an AI service provider. This can include your question, selected cards, relevant profile context, and relevant conversation or reading history. We do not intentionally send more personal information than is reasonably needed to provide the requested feature.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate the Service, including OpenAI for AI processing, Supabase for authentication and database services, Pinecone for retrieval infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management, Apple for App Store distribution and in-app transactions, Stripe for website payments, and hosting, analytics, communications, security, and infrastructure providers. Their processing is governed by their agreements and applicable privacy terms.

Purchases

Apple, Stripe, and their payment partners process payment credentials. Tarot Master AI may receive transaction identifiers, product information, subscription status, entitlement status, purchaser email, and related payment metadata. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Apple or Stripe.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account history and entitlements, resolve disputes, meet security and accounting requirements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by category of information and may continue for a limited period after account deletion when legally or operationally required.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law. Visit the Account Deletion page for deletion information or contact us at beau.carter7@icloud.com. Deleting a Tarot Master AI account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscription management remains with Apple.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Tarot Master AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
